About Me

My name is Paloma Victoria St. Juliana, I am originally from Colombia. I am a scientist; I have a BSc in Biology from Colombia and a MSc from Israel. I am a happy wife and the proud mom of two boys and a girl!

 

I have always loved baking and celebrating! I started baking little treats for my family and friends since I was a teenager and after becoming a mom and dedicating most of my time to my little kids and my home, I found myself creating and designing treats that were influenced by my kids’ interests. Those personalized treats were such a success that I started to receive requests from friends for personalized cakes and cookies, so I began my journey to formalize my hobby into a business.

After The Rolling Pops was born, I continued completing several certifications in baking, decorating and food handling.

 

I like to keep up to date with the latest trends and also requirements to run my business. That’s how now I am licensed to sell my home baked products in the state of NY.
